NORDIC BUSINESS DIRECTOR - DJI Enterprise

As you will be responsible for expanding and growing the market for commercial drones in the Nordic region we expect that you will have a certain knowledge of drones

Stillingsbeskrivelse:
Reporting to the company's CEO, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for developing and growing the Nordic market for DJI Enterprise Drones. Over the years, Boston has placed great emphasis on selling drones to authorities, municipalities, and businesses across the Nordic countries, which has led Boston to become the largest importer and distributor of drones in the Nordic region.

You will be responsible for continuing this growth journey by developing existing dealers and, most importantly, identifying and recruiting new dealers who can cater to the various potential verticals for the commercial use of drones. You will have full responsibility for the business area, including preparing a strategic plan for developing the dealer network and subsequently implementing this strategy, ensuring adherence to budgets, and achieving set goals.

You will work closely with DJI Enterprise, and the actual implementation of the strategy will be carried out in close collaboration with the Boston DJI Enterprise Team, for which you will hold managerial responsibility. This team consists of four dedicated Sales Managers and three Solution Engineers – a highly committed group who have, over time, built extensive experience, knowledge, and expertise in the field.

You are expected to independently analyze the market potential for commercial drones across different verticals, such as inspection, AEC & Survey, public security, forestry, mining, and more. Your task will be to identify these opportunities while also engaging in political lobbying to gain insights and input for emerging, unestablished use cases of drones, ensuring alignment with current regulations.

You and your team will organize product training sessions for dealers and key end-users, as well as identify, plan, and participate in relevant exhibitions across the Nordic region.

This role requires you to be both strategic and politically minded while also being highly "hands-on." When implementing and realizing the strategies, you will have a great opportunity to actively contribute to achieving the set goals. You can expect approximately 50 travel days per year in this role.

Erhvervserfaring:
You have solid experience from a similar position where you have had commercial responsibility for similar or related products. You are also expected to have some knowledge of commercial drones.

Uddannelser:
We are very open to candidates with different educational backgrounds for the position.

Sprogkunder / EDB:
You are fluent in English at a negotiation level and are an experienced IT user, and you are also accustomed to building and preparing reports.
